Fixit45, a major autotech platform, has announced the acquisition of Parkit, a network of tech-enabled autocare and vehicle wash centers, as part of its claimed commitment to promoting value-creating interactions across stakeholders in the automotive industry.
Fixit45 has focused on building a platform that provides a seamless, collaborative infrastructure for interactions to occur across verticals such as auto repair and maintenance services, fleet management, auto parts sourcing and delivery, auto care, refurbishment and upgrades, repair financing and mechanic workshop software, as well as pre-purchase inspections, since its launch in July 2021.
Fixit45 is a repair and maintenance platform, while Parkit is an auto care platform. Xparts is a discovery and trading platform for spare parts, where you can browse a large inventory, find exact parts using the platform’s AI tools, and receive these parts quickly. Rampware is a software-as-a-service tool that helps auto-workshops manage their operations and improve service delivery experience.
