Fulfillment Bridge, a cross-border e-commerce logistics provider and first place winner at the AfricaArena Serie A Startup Award, has launched the first international payment on delivery solution in Morocco.
“Moroccan customers who order from international e-commerce sites no longer have to worry about prepayment, returns or fraud. They will be able to check and pay for their orders at the pick-up points of their choice in Morocco,” said a statement from the group.

According to the press release, e-commerce in Morocco has a lot of promise and has continued to expand thanks to increased Internet penetration at a rate of 74.7 percent. This industry generated over $ 1 billion in sales in 2020, and many people believe it hasn’t reached its full potential yet. Furthermore, with the expanded availability of e-commerce offerings, the prevalence of credit cards, and the expanding desire of online buyers, more and more Moroccan customers are following this trend, according to the document.
“The final step in the e-commerce process is fulfillment. We aim to make it as simple and convenient as possible for clients to receive, verify, and pay for their orders once they have been placed successfully,” Kais says.
The new solution emerged after nearly a year of constant efforts and multiple business travels to Morocco to meet subject matter specialists.
“Even if some challenges are more difficult to tackle than others, there is nothing you can’t accomplish. It was practically difficult to provide international payments, but we’re not in the impossible business . We’re excited to team up with like-minded partners to collaborate on this project and see it through to completion. The goal is to improve consumer satisfaction and develop e-commerce in Morocco and the region as a whole,” Kais says.

In this regard, Fulfillment Bridge has partnered with ChronoDiali, a local e-commerce logistics service provider, and Cashplus, a prominent payment solutions provider. They have effectively leveraged technology to provide Moroccan clients with the chance to purchase on foreign e-commerce sites while enjoying the convenience and peace of mind of only paying when the order is delivered.
Furthermore, Fulfillment Bridge’s new solution allows international retailers to quickly join the Moroccan market while also simplifying the delivery procedure for Moroccan customers.
Nabil Amar, the CEO of Cash Plus, is likewise pleased with the new partnership, which he feels will benefit Morocco’s e-commerce industry.
