A Look At What The Startup
Roboost is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered automated delivery management solution that was founded in the year 2020 by Hassan Kamel, Mohamed Gessraha, and Mohamed Hassan. Roboost digitally mimics real-life operations and handles day-to-day situations, and it is capable of self-learning to optimise every aspect of the delivery operation. The goal of the solution is to provide businesses who provide delivery services, such as retail, e-commerce, cloud kitchens, and delivery services, more control over their delivery operations by streamlining the process and providing real-time data. Initially, the system will interface with the client’s sales channels. This will make it possible for the system to automate order management, group optimization, route optimization, automated dispatching, and delivery agent performance management, all while monitoring these parameters in real time.

With data collected from 2,200+ delivery agents travelling more than 9 million kilometres, we are always looking for new ways to improve our clients’ delivery operations and add new features. The radical and transformational change in the delivery operations positioned us as the optimal solution for local and multinational brands that we are proud to serve with a 100% retention rate,” shares Co-founder and COO Hassan Kamel.
