South Africa Announce Flight Resumption at OR Tambo International Airport

The South African Minister of Transport, Mr. Fikile Mbalula has been given an update on the situation at O.R. Tambo International Airport by Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) Management.

This follows flight disruptions travelers experienced  at O.R. Tambo International Airport due to a technical fault at the fuel storage facility. The on-site technicians addressed the technical fault and flights were able to resume.

Minister Mbalula has received an update that all flights that were delayed were cleared throughout the day. The airport the did not have a fuel shortage and has enough fuel.

The Minister once again extends sincere apologies to travelers who were inconvenienced in the morning.
