Orange Côte d’Ivoire organized a ceremony to hand over checks to the winners of the sixth local edition of the international acceleration program. The startups awarded are Ahoko, NofiPlay, Tooceka, Zencey and Biosave. They were respectively founded by Adganba Eric, Bakayoko Youssouf, Konan Viviane and Konan Armelle.
All have received the sum of 10,000,000 FCFA ($18.5k) to finance their activities and development. Orange Fab selected them on the basis of six criteria:
The synergy between the solution proposed by the start-up and Orange businesses;
The maturity of the proposed solution;
The entrepreneur’s vision and the quality of the team;
The innovative nature of the solution;
The clarity of the business model;
The startup’s ability to export its solution.
“Orange Fab Season 6 reflects Orange Côte d’Ivoire’s commitment to supporting digital entrepreneurship, an innovative and inclusive sector. We wish, through this remittance of checks, to encourage the birth of an ecosystem of trust, conducive to the emergence of new businesses capable of offering Ivorians concrete solutions to fundamental problems ”, said Habib Bamba, Director of Digital Transformation and Media.
