Senegal-based Gaming Startup Adiga Group Raises New Funding
Following a significant fundraising effort of nearly half a billion CFA francs, African startup ADIGA Group SAS (Africa Digital Game), based in Dakar, Senegal, has just completed the design of the “ALPHA” edition of the very first, completely African, MOBA-type video game entitled “SOUL OF KING.”
As a result, the ADIGA Group, a video game publisher, has created the first Pan-African MOBA (“SOUL OF KING”). MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena), also known as Online Multiplayer Battle Arena in French. This huge pan-African innovation elevates it to the forefront of digital strategy and places it as a catalyst for the development of Africa’s Creative Economy.
Through a differentiating innovation on the global video game market, which was worth more than $192.7 billion in 2021 and of which Africa’s share was 1.8% or more than 732 billion CFA francs during the same period, “SOUL OF KING,” created and developed by the Start Up ADIGA Group SAS, already valued at 5 million euros, will introduce a new approach to the digital industry.
