Egyptian Proptech Partment Raises $1.5M Pre-Seed Round
Partment, a proptech firm that provides co-owned second homes, has announced the company has successfully concluded its pre-seed round at $1.5 million.
Nclude, a leading venture capital platform focused on investing in fintech and fintech-enabled startups in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as Plus Venture Capital (+VC), a Mena-focused venture capital firm investing in pre-seed and Seed technology startups, were the ones to lead the round of funding. Angel investors from a variety of industries, including real estate and technology, were also involved in this round of funding.
With this funding, the company plans to improve the infrastructure of the platform and launch its MVP in Egypt.
