This is because South Africans are having extraordinary success in obtaining permanent residency in Canada under the StartUp Visa program. According to Statistics Canada, an incredible 90% of South African applications to Canada’s Start-Up Visa program are accepted, significantly above the average overall acceptance rate of 38%.
South Africa is at the top of the list of nations whose applications are approved under this scheme, with a success percentage of 100%.
