Moroccan Mobility Startups VotreChauffeur.ma And VotreColis.ma Secure New Funding
VotreChauffeur.ma and VotreColis.ma, two start-ups specialising in mobility and last-mile delivery, have announced that they have raised 2.5 million dirhams ($240K) from Afrimobility, Akwa Group’s Venture Capital fund, which takes a stake in the capital of the holding company that houses the two startups.
“We are really thrilled with this funding, which will allow us to continue our development and extend our position on the Moroccan market,” says Zakaria AFFI, CEO of VotreColis.ma and VotreChauffeur.ma. “Our top objective is client satisfaction, and we are dedicated to continue providing great services to our users.”
The funds will be used to grow the two companies’ presence in Morocco by extending their fleet and upgrading the digital tools developed internally by their staff. Also aided by the funding, the two businesses plan to continue providing tailored services that fit the individual demands of their clients.
According to the investor, this current funding campaign to fund the expansion of activities demonstrates Afrimobility and the Akwa Group’s belief in the company’s potential, both in the industry of moving people and in the business of transporting goods.
