New Opportunities for Purpose-Driven Start-ups in East and West Africa

A window of opportunities has opened for entrepreneurs and startups hoping to link up with collaborators across the continent of Africa through a special guide that will have full details and activities of the startups in a single data which will be available for venture capitalists, investors, and government agencies.

The project being driven by The Global guide is sending out requests for startups and entrepreneurs in East and West Africa to submit nominations to be part of a comprehensive guide to resources for startups and founders doing purpose-driven business in region. The focus for the project is to get entrepreneurs, innovators, accelerators, experts and co-working spaces across the Silicon Savannah, from Nairobi to Lagos, Kigali to Accra to be part of the first-ever Startup Guide Africa Series 2020, a project highlighting social impact in four of the continent’s most purposeful cities in East and West Africa.

The Startup Guide, which was founded in 2014, is a creative content and publishing company that produces guidebooks and tools to help entrepreneurs connect with communities and resources.
