Luxembourg Invites African Fintech Startups For A Training Programme

The LHoFT Foundation’s “CATAPULT: Inclusion Africa” program, which is sponsored by the Luxembourg government, has opened a call for applications for a training program for startups that provide inclusive financial services.

It is aimed at companies in Africa and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) that help underserved and unbanked people gain access to financial goods and services.

The programme includes a three-day training and networking bootcamp in Dubai from March 21 to 23.

The training focuses on preparing new businesses for development and investment. In order to assist the selected companies in developing their activities and achieving their inclusion goals, the Bootcamp relies on both the Luxembourg and Dubai inclusive finance and fintech ecosystems.

The program is based on the LHoFT Foundation’s conviction that fintech is at the forefront of weapons for advancing financial inclusion by empowering populations that have been left behind by the system. finance in the classical sense The positive influence of entrepreneurship is benefiting lives all around the world, from financing for rural farmers to point-of-sale technologies for underbanked merchants to niche insurance products.

LHoFT will reimburse travel fees and cover hotel costs for trips to Dubai.
